Cancelations
Surf Lessons
Guests will receive refunds for cancellations made 12 hrs prior to lessons.
Pro Surf will not cancel any surf lesson in the event of bad weather such as rain unless, Pro Surf School deems the condition to be unsafe to surf. In this event the school will attempt to re schedule the lesson or cancel and re reimburse payment.
Surf Accomodation Package
Cancelation made 7 days or less prior to arrival will incur a fee of one night room revenue.
No fees will be charged for cancellations beyond 7 days of arrival.
No refunds will given for total rooms reserved if:
- A cancellation is mad after check in
- Stay is shortened after check in
- There is no show
Liability release & medical form
All participants are required to sign a liability release & medical form prior to participating in the surf school activities. The liability release form releases Pro Surf School and third parties e.g. hotels, agents & sponsors from any liability in the event of an accident or death occuring during surf activities.
Insurance
In the event of an accident occurring during surf school activities under the supervision of a Pro Surf Instructor, Pro Surf insurance company will cover:
Insurance Inclusions:
Medical Cost for any injuries 1000 US$ max claim / person
Repatriation - if deemed necessary by local doctor 1000 US$ max claim / person
Permanent disability 10,000 US$ max claim / person
Death 10,000 US$ max claim / person
Insurance Exclusions:
Pro Surf insurance company will not pay for any claims as a result of:
- Accidents reported after surf school activities
- Accidents occurring outside the surf school activities
- Accidents occurring without the direct supervision of Pro Surf instructors and coaches such as board rentals or participants not adhering to Pro Surf School Safety rules
- Participants having a history of injury or poor health, asthma, stroke, epileptic seizures, heart attack, hypertension, hearing problems & pregnancy.
- Cost of terminating participants holiday or holiday compensation of any form as a result of an accident occurring during surfing lessons
